CLARI-SEP®
Packaged fully automatic compact wastewater treatment systems for applications involving wastewater from vehicle wash down, aqueous parts washing, industrial pressure washing, and other similar applications where there is a presence of free oils, hydrocarbons and suspended solids. Wastewater can be treated to meet local pollution regulations for discharge to sewer or for total recycle and reuse. Flow rates are 6 to 150 GPM. Custom systems for larger and special applications available.
HELI-SEP®
Industrial and Marine single vertical vessel oily water separators featuring a custom designed permanent oleophillic coalescing matrix in combination with differential specific gravity and fluid velocity control to separate, recover waste oil while reducing oil content at the discharge to 15 PPM or less. Units operate automatically after initial start up and installation. Control and instrumentation interface kits available for remote monitoring and recording. Flow rates to 44 USGPM. Meets International Maritime Organization (IMO) MEPC 60(33) and is approved by the US Coast Guard and other regulating agencies around the world.

Packaged systems include chlorination, pH control and solids collections modules. Processed water is stored in storage tank include on skid. Minimal connections required in field. Flow rates for standard systems through 12 USGPM. Custom and larger flow rate units available.
ULTRA-SEP® New Generation Bilge Water Separators
Designed to meet New IMO Regulation MEPC. 107(49), the ULTRA-SEP Bilge Water Separator integrates a coalescing separator with ultra-filtration membranes to separate and remove free and emulsified oils from bilge water. ULTRA-SEP is available in eight models with capacities ranging from 0.25m3 to 10m3.
VG-SEP®
Industrial & Marine compact two-stage system designed to separate and remove non-soluble oils, solids and entrained air at capacities through 2.2 gallons per minute. The design of the VG-SEP¨ utilizes system generated vacuum, differential gravity, coalescence, and filtration to effectively reduce the oil content to 15 PPM or less. The VG-SEP¨ is a self-contained compact system that requires minimal piping or electrical connections to install.
